The mark of a great clinician is not only a therapist who provides thorough and effective evaluative and therapeutic services, but one who consistently educates patients, patient families and the public at large. My desire is for patients to leave my office empowered to make the best choices for their health, even after their time in my care. Speech Language Pathology and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy are broad fields that cross many disciplinary boundaries. This space provides the opportunity for patients to learn more about topics pertinent to the services I provide.
This page also includes links to my YouTube Channel “daniellekleeslp,” where I provide videos that accompany many of these Clinical Topics. My journey toward health and wellness was often confusing and non-linear due to the long and arduous task of self-education. I’m passionate about providing patients with thorough knowledge of evidence-based practice and current research so they can focus more on “getting well” than searching for answers and organizing information.
